Billy was born and raised in St. Helens, Oregon. He attended college in Ottumwa, Iowa and has had ministries in Minnesota, Louisiana and Missouri. He has been married to Lori since 1998. He has three kids, Billy Gene, 21, who is married to Anna. Blake, 19 and Rachel, 17.
